Refunds/Credits

The Pecan Street Collective is a rain or shine event. The market will only be cancelled due to inclement weather and this decision is made by the event organizers.

No refunds will be given for booth fees. If the market is cancelled by the organizers, a credit for future markets will be given to the vendors.

Vendor Responsibilities

All vendors are responsible for the set up and tear down on their booths. Vendors must provide a tent and table (or other display) for their products. Vendors are expected to arrive no later than 9am and be ready to vend by 9:45am. Vendors may not tear down their booth down until the market is over at 3pm.

Set-up

Vendors may pull their vehicle up near their booth site to unload their items. Then vendors must move their vehicle and park along 2nd, 1st, and Walnut streets. Once the vehicle is moved vendors can return to their booth to set up.
