Vendor Liability Waiver
and Indemnification Form
Liability Waiver
Two Brews, LLC dba West Pecan Coffee + Beer, Two Brews Holdings, LLC, Stylin’ Salon, Ruffles and Rust, Ceramics N More, and Hassell Dental do not cover product liability for individual vendors or liability for personal damages caused at the market or by your market display.
I understand that individual product liability and liability for my market display is my responsibility. I do hereby release Two Brews, LLC dba West Pecan Coffee + Beer, Two Brews Holdings, LLC, Stylin’ Salon, Ruffles and Rust, Ceramics N More, Hassell Dental, and all employees from legal or financial liability due to my products and/or market display.
Indemnity Agreement
The vendor shall indemnify, keep and save harmless the Pecan Street Collective and all agencies the Pecan Street Collective has agreements with including, but not limited to Two Brews, LLC dba West Pecan Coffee + Beer, Two Brews Holdings, LLC, Stylin’ Salon, Ruffles and Rust, Ceramics N More, Hassell Dental, from and against, any and all claims and demands, whether for injuries to persons, or loss of life, or damage to property, on or off the premises, arising out of the use or occupancy of the premises by vendor and shall defend at vendor’s own expense any actions brought against the Pecan Street Collective and any of the above mentioned organizations or any other person or organization with which the Pecan Street Collective has a contractual relationship by vendor’s acts or omissions.
Release and Indemnity Clause
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Two Brews, LLC dba West Pecan Coffee + Beer, Two Brews Holdings, LLC, Stylin’ Salon, Ruffles and Rust, Ceramics N More, Hassell Dental, other vendors at the market, and employees of those businesses from all claims, causes of action, liability, judgments, obligations, or costs of any nature whatsoever, including but not limited to costs and attorney fees, in connection with any such claims or the link made by or on behalf of any individual and /or entity and/ or the individual’s and /or entity’s spouse, children, heirs, insurers, guarantors, officers directors agents, or person of entities claiming by or through and individual and / or entity.
By signing below, I, both on behalf of my business, if any, and individually:
- Acknowledge that I have read and understand the Pecan Street Collective Rules and Regulations.
- Agree to be bound by and comply with the Pecan Street Collective Rules and Regulations.
- Acknowledge that I have read and understand both the Liability Waiver and Release and Indemnity Clause.
- Acknowledge that this Waiver and Release form pertains to any current or future participation of mine or by business in the Pecan Street Collective.
